Atlanta’s feeling the heat of summer, and all of your favorite Fifth Group restaurants are cooking up the season’s best produce for dishes bursting with flavor and finesse. We’re sharing our favorite dishes to help make your next summer dining decision way easier.
Ecco’s chanterelle flatbread (pictured above) makes the most of locally foraged mushrooms, scattering them atop smoked ricotta with basil and roasted garlic.
Keep it cool with Alma’s seasonal raw apps like this bright, zippy snapper ceviche with fennel, strawberry, jalapeno and black pepper.
South City Kitchen Vinings takes the classic filet up a notch with dehydrate tomatoes and garlic tomato butter – perfect for that red meat fix. (Our other South City Kitchen locations – Midtown, Buckhead & Avalon – are offering seasonal spins on Southern classics as well!)
Lure takes a classic seared salmon and pairs it with Carolina gold rice, snow peas & butter poached radish for a dish that’s anything but basic.
Never thought soup + summer go together? When you try this refreshing chilled corn & avocado soup from El Taco, you’ll be a believer.
Droolworthy: This quattro formaggi agnolotti with corn, oven dried cherry tomatoes and tarragon is what stuffed pasta dreams are made of – and light enough to eat on steamy July evenings. (This fan favorite was so beloved during Tomato Feast, we kept it on the menu!)
